1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our automated trading bots ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Bot.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

a. The Bot is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You acknowledge and accept that trading involves risk and are solely responsible for decisions or actions based on the Bot's information.

b. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to financial losses, arising from the use of Bot or any actions taken due to Bot’s information.

c. You acknowledge and understand that the Bot’s results are based on market trends, and ROI depends on the volatility of the specific time frame you start the Bot, which may result, in the worst case, in a 0% ROI (Return on Investment) per month.

d. You acknowledge and understand that all funds you send to the Bot’s wallet (Total Fee Assets) cannot be withdrawn after transferring funds for the Bot’s Performance Fees.

3. User Eligibility

a. To use the Bot, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.

b. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of the Bot complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Bot Access and Security

a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bot account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

b. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or permit unauthorized access to the Bot.

c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect any unauthorized activity or breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Intellectual property laws protect the Bot and its content. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including any modifications, enhancements, or updates, belong solely to us or our licensors.

b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

c. You agree not to modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Bot or its content without our prior written consent.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to any breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

At our discretion, we may terminate your access to the Bot at any time and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Bot and destroy any copies of the Bot in your possession.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and us regarding using the Bot and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
